At Nei Native, we stand behind every product we make.

How it works

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Share a photo or video of the issue and we'll dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.

In rare cases where a replacement isn't the right resolution, we'll issue a full refund.

Returns

You do not need to return the product. For Mumbai customers, we will try to arrange delivery and exchange/return.
